This site is operated by Grow Your Biz with AI ("we," "us," or "our"), based in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. We are the party responsible for the personal information described here. You can reach us any time at hello@growyourbizwith.ai.
We collect three kinds of information.
When you request a free assessment, you choose what to share. That can include your name, your role, your company name, your website address, your marketing spend range, your competitors, and your description of your business, your best customer, and your goals. You can type these answers or record them as short voice notes, in which case we collect the audio you record. You also give us your email address so we can send your assessment. If you email us directly, we keep that correspondence too.
Like most websites, ours uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how people find and use the site. This collects usage data such as the pages you view, your approximate location, and basic device and browser information, using cookies and similar identifiers. We use this in aggregate to improve the site, not to identify you personally.
When you request an assessment, we analyze your website and publicly available data about it, including search-visibility and AI-search data drawn from third-party tools. This is information that is already public; we gather it to build your assessment.
We use your information to build and deliver your assessment, to email it to you with a link to book a walkthrough call, to respond to your questions, to operate and improve the site, and to meet our legal and accounting obligations. We do not sell your information, and we never will.
Under Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA), we rely on your consent to collect and use your personal information. When you submit the assessment you tick a box confirming you understand how we will use your answers. You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing us, subject to legal and contractual limits.
We process some of your information using AI tools to produce your assessment and content. We run on no-training agreements with our AI providers, which means your inputs are never used to train any AI model, ours or theirs. They are not shared with other clients, and there is no shared library that anyone else can browse. This is covered in more detail on Your data.
We keep our list of service providers short, and we only use ones that handle data responsibly:
Their data terms are available on request, and we will update this list if our stack changes. We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights, but that is the exception, not the routine.
Some of our providers are based in the United States, so your information may be stored or processed there and may be subject to laws in that jurisdiction. We choose providers that commit to appropriate safeguards.
If we send you commercial email, every message identifies who we are and includes a clear way to unsubscribe. If you ask us to stop, we will. You can opt out at any time by using the unsubscribe link or emailing hello@growyourbizwith.ai.
We keep your information only as long as we need it for the purposes above. If you request an assessment but do not become a client, we delete your assessment inputs, including voice notes, on a routine schedule. If you become a client and later leave, we hand over your content and knowledge base and delete our copy on a fixed schedule, keeping only what law and accounting require.
Your information is stored in access-controlled systems, encrypted where our providers support it, and visible only to the small team working on your account. Access is logged. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable, current measures to protect what you share.
Under Canadian privacy law you can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, and ask us to delete it or stop using it, within legal limits. To make any of these requests, email hello@growyourbizwith.ai and we will respond within a reasonable time. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
This site and our services are meant for businesses and the adults who run them. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of majority.
We may update this policy as our business or the law changes. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date above, and significant changes will be made clear on this page.
