Our own numbers, published warts and all.

We point our engine at this site, the same one we sell. This page is the experiment, in public. It starts at zero.

Domain authority

How much of the web links to us, measured monthly as DataForSEO’s Domain rank (a 0–1000 authority score). Right now it is 0: a brand-new domain has earned no links yet. It should climb as we do; the trend appears here once we have a few monthly readings.
THE LOG

The captain's log.

Every month, what we shipped, what moved, and what did not.

June 2026 · Month 0

We pointed the engine at ourselves.

Shipped: the live site and our first cornerstone article, with Google Analytics 4 and Search Console wired up and verified on June 14. Moved: nothing yet, by definition — Google has only just been told we exist and the sitemap is freshly submitted. This is the starting line, at zero, on purpose.

July 2026 · Month 1

The month the engine started running itself.

I will start with the part that is not on any chart, because it is the part I am most pleased about. The engine now makes its own artwork. Every article this month got an original paper-cut collage hero, generated automatically on a design theme I genuinely love, and I did not touch one of them. It also chooses its own subjects now: a weekly research loop reads what buyers are actually asking and comes back with validated topics instead of my guesses. Eleven articles went live in July, taking the blog from six posts to seventeen, and every one had to clear an automated completeness check and a rendered-page technical gate before it could publish. That gate is why I sleep. I am not proofreading a robot at midnight. The numbers moved the way I hoped they would: search impressions went from 266 to 1,079 over the trailing 28 days, the distinct queries we rank for from 33 to 134, and keywords in the top 20 from 5 to 17, two of them now in the top 3. What has not happened yet is clicks and enquiries. Four organic clicks in 28 days, sessions flat at roughly two a week, ChatGPT has not named us once in 45 recorded runs, and nobody has completed the assessment on this site. None of that surprises me in month one. Impressions come first, then clicks as those rankings climb off page three, then enquiries. We are at step one on purpose, and I will publish this page every month whether step two lands in August or later.

August 2026 · Month 2

Month two.

The August entry lands at the start of September, with the same numbers on the same page whether they move or not.

METHOD

Where these numbers come from.

Traffic and ranking data come straight from Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console. AI-visibility figures come from dated panels of five separate runs per month, so a single lucky answer never counts as a trend. Month-to-month swings under our noise threshold are flagged rather than celebrated.
