Shipped: the site, baseline tracking in GA4 and Search Console, and the first three cornerstone articles. Moved: nothing yet, by definition. Did not move: rankings, because Google has not crawled us. Starting at zero, on purpose.
The next entry lands at the start of August. We publish it whether the numbers are good or not.
Traffic and ranking data come straight from Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console. AI-visibility figures come from dated panels of five separate runs per month, so a single lucky answer never counts as a trend. Month-to-month swings under our noise threshold are flagged rather than celebrated.
